So much fun ❤
Great video! How did you get around the annoying TPMS when airing up and down?
I would have added extra lights either a light bar or fog lights I do wonder about a quick release wench on the front and a connection on the rear. That way you could disconnect and connect when needed
Ronnie ,do you believe the side rails would have prevented the damage to your door when you made contact with kangaroo
We spoke in miles per gallon pre metric. Why does everyone now do it backwards? The fuel usage on my last tank was 7.4 km to the litre.
Bounced off a few trees with them and they definitely are not overrated
I think all electronic gadgets are horrible on a real offroad vehicle.
Your way with words is incredible. If the fridge has empty space then its not full. Amazing stuff, thanks for pointing that out.
Electronic helps just made drivers worse than ever and cars less enjoyable than never before. I dont think that they saved lives than they try to make us believe. Education and learning how to fucking drive saves lives!
I'm so glad Ineos gave you the Grenadier instead of ASPW.
Older bmw 4 Zylinder engines go to 105 107 C to be better at fuel but if you get on it it will drop to about 80 85 C to creep the engine cool under load
The only benefit to a scrub rail is if mounted sterdy your bullbar doesnt fold the hoops if you collect a roo in the wrong spot.. other then that they are a looks thing
I agree with list
This thing is so cool. My first project car was a fj62 and I still love it but she’’s gettin old, I was so excited for the new Land Cruiser, and I was so deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with it. I would MUCH rather have this (I can’t afford either😂)
Another awesome video thank you!! Any chance you could add a note when you are in 4Lo and what pressures you aired down to? Just in a corner or something. That would be very helpful especially on sand and corrugations
OUCH, that bonnet tap at the end sounded VERY tinny? maybe it those raised brackets to raise the bonnet?
When I had my 98 XJ Cherokee...the snorkel and a K&N filter improved my fuel mileage. While I was not as aggressive with my build as most...It brought my "modded" Jeep...it had a 4.5" lift, ARB front bumper and a custom rear bumper on 31" tires...at almost 300K in mileage...I was still getting 19-23 on the highway. While I didn't test the mileage on a trail...it is something to consider as a positive.
Thanks for taking us on an enjoyable tag along. Given how little you have had to change on the grenadier it seems like a very well thought-out and quality machine. Videos like these are going to have some serious sway on potential buyers as they are real world use examples rather than the more common auto journalism just singing praises and playing with the pretty switches. Given the size of the company and how hard they have tried to make a great machine for real world travel and adventure, I wonder if they will take on board the feedback about all the settings being reset every engine start. I can see that issue getting very annoying. Surely it's just a case of their techs playing with some 1s and 0s and releasing a firmware update. They could make it a simple process of, holding one of the setting buttons down during start and every setting is kept from before. Thanks again for the view of our most western point or our massive island.
I’ll stick with 2 spares
More click bait?

@@DMSVICAU😂😂😂
@@DMSVICAUthe proof being that there is little to almost no difference between empty and full in regards to power consumption tested over an extended period with two fridge units side by side as conducted by PowerPaul Batteries recently?
@@brettbarrett7670 PowerPaul Batteries sounds like their in the Business of Selling Batteries……..
@@DMSVICAUindeed it is, batteries that supply 12V to fridges in the 4wd, RV, marine industry. At least he has done some testing to achieve an outcome.
How many flies you attracting?! Just turn the damn fridge on
It's refreshing to be in a space where ego takes a backseat to the pursuit of truth. It fosters a culture of mutual respect.🍭
What about a Caravan Towing Test similar to the recent one you did.

Great Video. Real world testing . Need to do a family camping trip with the kids.
That is an AWESOME looking rig! Is that available in the States? For how much they’re asking for the Toyotas and Rovers, I’d love to get my hands on this one. The wheel and tires shown in the video is it standard or was that something added. Looks good and meaty.
4.75 gallons to go 62 miles. 13.05 mpg. Your welcome. This 19 liters to go 100km is a wack way of calculating mpg
I would add radio at number 11.
The B 57\58 tu versions have good reliability in the EU it’s in most BMWs
The worst part about this is the bmw engine and transmission
The stupidest thing to put in a 2 ton plus 4wd is a turbo 4 cylinder....
I don't understand why someone would complain about a system calibrated for paved or unpaved roads and not trails. And then make it someone else's fault they forgot to turn it off?
So turn the fucking thing off then
Dude. STABILITY CONTROL SUCKS! Even when you turn it off, all it takes I'd a quick stop where you restart the car and boom. Freaking stuck in the next sand pit. Trucks come to a complete stop in slightly damp trails for no reason.
Adventure vs. travel.
My brush bars have saved me 3 times from kangaroos from hitting my car at 2 am in the morning when I'm driving to work I travel country roads every morning and afternoon. You 4x4 in a sand pit I 4x4 in vic high country unlike the Toyota that is over rated and way over priced my brush bar are not over rated for what I need
One of my favourite tracks in WA!
I'd install brush rails for the grocery store parking lot
My owners manual is like: “DO NOT EVER turn off traction control or you will die.” Meanwhile I’m like: “F off, half my life was spent driving cars without traction control. And antilock brakes too.” Lol
I've never had a truck that didn't allow all gears in low range, why would anyone do that in the first place?
Can't use GaiaGPS to record the track?
Chevys traction control has literally made me go strait off a sweeping turn with washboards. Stupid n dangerous. City people designed n it sucks!
My ram 1500 (limited) with 4” lift and 4x4 and that STUPID traction control is retarded. I turn it off and it’s so much better in the mud runs and trails. Never ran it on sand so not sure how it would do. I miss my old Toyota orange pick up and it had 4x4 but was a single cab and stick shift with locking hubs. THAT was fun because it was super light, nimble and had a 5 speed manual with 3 low 3 high gears for 4x4. I bought it like that, apparently that wasn’t an option and someone installed all that stuff and I got it with 137k miles on it, beast.
Its there for a reason stupid. As you yourself point out: "If you forget to turn it off". Yeah, well, just like you forget to turn off or on other things
Spotlights, light bars?
I think it gives additional support to the bullbar
Nice. Feels like a while since the analytic has served you up. Be well.
You are basically describing my Defender 90 300tdi.
